NDFHS South Tyneside Branch Meeting February 2017

The next meeting of the Branch is Wednesday 15th February at 1.30 pm at St Hilda's Visitors Centre, South Shields.

The speaker is Andrew Clark who is going to give a PowerPoint presentation entitled 'Pubs, Brewers and Beer'.  The talk will be centered around the South Tyneside area and Andrew tells me he has 'lots of old photos' of South Shields.  Those Members of the Society who were able to attend the NDFHS AGM held at Brunswick Church last July will no doubt recall Andrew gave a most enjoyable talk on life on Tyneside in the 40s, 50s, and 60s which brought back many a happy memory to all those who were at the meeting.

Society Members old and new, and visitors alike, are most welcome to join us for what I am sure will be an enthralling tale.
